Our Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.

7-Day Window

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase date.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Customer Pays Courier

Return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible within 7 days of purchase. You will need to send the parcel back to us by paying courier charges. We will dispatch your exchanged item once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange is available for a different size or colour of the same product (subject to availability).
  • You are responsible for packing the item securely and covering all return courier charges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

For returns, please note: Return parcels must also be couriered back to us at the customer's expense. The courier value for the return parcel will need to be paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed as store credit only — we do not offer cash or card refunds.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our team.
  • We accept returns only for items that are faulty, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted — please refer to our exchange policy above.

How to Initiate a Request

Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +94 71 6 963 963 within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and reason for the request.

Receive Approval & Address

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address along with instructions for packing and shipping your item.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely with all original tags. Send it via your preferred courier (courier costs are your responsibility). Share the tracking number with our team.

Exchange Dispatched

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days. You'll be notified via email.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging and tags are not eligible for exchange or return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
