We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Malabe, Colombo.
Shipping Options
Standard shipping is free on all orders within Sri Lanka. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of LKR 400 for faster delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking information.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Areas
Colombo & Western Province
Express and Standard shipping available. Express delivery typically 2–3 business days.
All Other Provinces
Standard shipping available island-wide. Delivery within 5–7 business days.
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working towards expanding globally — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?
Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or leave a notice with contact details. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or contact us to arrange a preferred delivery time.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
